thanks to my friend lpg85 for this great cursor theme.

Converted and refined witch cfx2xc and gimp.

Howto Install:

unzip and move folder theme to /usr/share/icons/

open a terminal and insert this command line:

"sudo ln -fs /usr/share/icons/Nitro-tech/cursor.theme /etc/alternatives/x-cursor-theme"

select pointer with gnome-tweak-tool

Restart Ubuntu, or restart Gnome Shell press ALT+F2 and insert "r", and...the Pointer Work!
