I extracted the cursor and animation from the cursorxp theme (a while ago and have since forgetten how) but I wanted to make these cursors available with out using cursor fx /xp. So enjoy. I do have to give 99% of the credit to [link] and he has given permission for me to post this as well.
The original cursor xp theme is in there as well.
