nobody can help me to convert this cursorFX theme to windows cursor

i make the cursor when i know that *.curxptheme is an archive

it took some time but finally i made it and complete this cursor set,Sweating a little... Headbang!

i've compare the size of this cursor set ive made with X-FHL

and the result is THIS
