All due respect to ears1991 because this is his superb logonui.exe he made. I just changed the background pic and wanted to share it. Different Vista user account images included and provided by ears1991 as well.

Installation Method:
1. Rename C:\windows\system32\logonui.exe to backuplogonui.exe

2. Rename the file downloaded here to logonui.exe and copy it to c:\windows\system32
