Flow is an easy-to-use and free standard tomato clock application on Mac OS. It can customize the working time and rest time. The default mode is standard 25 minute working and 5 minute rest mode. When working, the application can be added to the blacklist to prevent distraction. There are menu bar countdown, desktop notification, and no application icon in the dock of the program dock.

Flow is the full name of concentration and rest timer to get things done. With dark mode, you can hide the window and only keep the countdown in the system menu bar.
