I present to you Starry Night

I made this a while back but never really posted it here. Now it's here =D (Big Grin)

This is basically a normal windows deskthemepack and will work on all versions of windows. There are no modifications required to make it work.

This theme does, however, use Classic Shell. I have included a weblinklink to the Classic Shell download page. As well as the start orb, start skin, and a .xml file to import the skin settings into the menu for easy setup.

Instructions are included in the "README - INSTRUCTIONS.txt" file.

I've included a link to the Old New Explorer download page for those who wish to use Old New Explorer with it, as well as a ONE -Settings.text file with the specific settings that I use with it.
