I found this PsycoB Theme with StartMenu Graphics For Updating.
So Thanx PsycoB

* I find it easier to keep it Basic
It was a Vista Theme.

I imported it into Windows Style Builder
So The Taskbar Was Done.

StyleHack On Clock Fixed The White Square Area For Clock.

Used supplied Graphics To Update Start Menu

Used A StyleHack For Context Menu From My Collection.
Lightened Gray Because It was slightly too dark.
Preview Updated

Another StyleHack For Logoff Submenu and then replaced
background graphic to match the colors.

StyleHack On TitleBar From My Collection.

StyleHack On User Pic To Bring It Down Into Center

Total Time about 15 min.
It's a basic theme and looks like every other basic theme.
But Everything matches.
