Here is Empirical Blue
The colors were inspired by the awesome Time Machiner wallpaper by jazzilady [link]

Made to be used with Black Glass Enhanced and requires Theme Resource Changer for the Start Orb,Nav buttons,etc.

Instructions,credits,etc included
There is also a lighter version that has gray windows instead of black [link]
