Author’s Notes:
I got asked many times to port the Touch of Color windows 8 themes series
over to windows 7,so here is the first color!
Same as with all my w7 themes
you need to have your system patched to run 3rd party themes
Theme Resource Changer is also required(for the start orb,nav buttons,etc)
Black Glass Enhanced and MooO Transparent Menu are also
recommended for added transparency!
