How to Apply

• Copy `chill.theme` into: %USERPROFILE% > AppData > Local > Microsoft > Windows > Themes

• Right-click `Desktop` > `Personalize` > enable `chiLL`.

Note

• Sometimes the `Save theme` option doesn't show in `Personalize` even after editing a theme.

• To fix.. navigate to: HKLM>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Themes

• Edit `InstallTheme` & `InstallVisualStyle` to blank.

• Restart computer
