Black Slim Flat Metro [ Basic - Non Aero ] Theme

I made this theme for my old laptop, this is Basic theme - Non Aero only so don't use it with Aero because i haven't edited the original files/textures from the theme i use to make it and it will be messed up, there are many better themes with this style for aero anyway.

For start menu/bar use small icons to display right the blue icon bar line.

There is some things i need to fix like the minimize, maximize, close buttons with higher resolution textures so i might update it.

The file only have the theme, wallpaper and the saved theme.
